Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data. POE Portfolio honors these rights regardless of jurisdiction:

• Right of access (GDPR Art. 15, LGPD Art. 18 §II)
• Right to rectification (GDPR Art. 16, LGPD Art. 18 §III)
• Right to erasure / RTBF (GDPR Art. 17, LGPD Art. 18 §VI)
• Right to data portability (GDPR Art. 20)
• Right to object (GDPR Art. 21)

How to delete your account

Sign in and visit /account/delete. Confirm the deletion phrase. Your account, character data, saved builds, Twitch link and configuration, and other account-linked data are removed. Active subscriptions are cancelled and the Stripe customer record is deleted. Community valuation evidence is stripped of your account identifier and free-text notes instead of being deleted, so historical aggregates remain internally consistent. Limited deletion and billing audit rows are retained for up to seven years where needed for legal compliance and contain only the minimum identifiers required for that purpose.

Deletion executes immediately for all jurisdictions. There is no reversibility window.

Other requests

For access, rectification, portability, or objection requests, email contact@poeportfolio.com from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days (15 days for LGPD-jurisdiction requests under Art. 19 §I).

Complaints

If you believe we have not adequately addressed your rights, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. EU/EEA users may also contact the data protection authority of the EU member state where the controller's service is offered.
