POE Portfolio
Effective: April 13, 2026
By accessing or using POE Portfolio (the "Service") at poeportfolio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers ("Pro" users).
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. POE Portfolio uses Supabase Auth for platform accounts and the Grinding Gear Games OAuth flow for linking your Path of Exile 2 character data. You can revoke either link at any time from /settings.
Billing. POE Portfolio Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe. Your payment method is charged on the day you subscribe and on the same day each subsequent month until you cancel. The current price is shown on the pricing page.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal accessible via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have Pro access until that date.
Refunds. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be granted at our sole discretion for billing errors or service outages — contact us within 14 days of the disputed charge.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of Pro after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

POE Portfolio is independent fan-content that interfaces with publicly available GGG APIs (Trade API, OAuth) under GGG's published policies. All in-game item names, currencies, and imagery are the property of Grinding Gear Games.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. POE Portfolio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of build valuations, pricing data, or trade listings. Pricing is derived from public Trade API listings and machine-learning models, both of which carry inherent uncertainty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, POE Portfolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to in-game trading decisions made based on Service output.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to active Pro subscribers and via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the new Effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
